The Pensacola Interstate Fair is one of the top 50 fairs in the country and is proud of the opportunities that it offers to all who wish to be a part of us.
Inside Commercial Locations
Inside Commercial spaces are located in the Main Entrance building which is the only public entrance to the Fair. All attendees enjoying the Fair will have to pass your location at least two times before leaving the fairgrounds. All of our exhibit buildings are permanent facilities and fully climatized for your comfort and that of the Fairgoer.
Inside Commercial Location Cost
The cost of a 10’ x10’ space is $900.00 for the full 11-day run of the Fair. This cost includes all electrical, security and trash clean-up.
Outside Concession Locations
You will find the layout of our grounds to be most appealing. The carnival is located in the center of our midway with our independent concessions forming a circle all around the outside of the carnival. No one is isolated in any way. This makes for a beautiful arrangement for all concerned.
Outside Concession Location Cost
Outside Space is sold by frontage foot. IT IS IMPORTANT THAT WE BE GIVEN YOUR TOTAL FOOTAGE REQUIREMENTS TAKING INTO CONSIDERATION HITCHES AND AWNINGS. There is a 20 feet minimum unless we have a space with limited footage that will fit your requirements. Such spaces are very limited. The cost of our space is $50.00 per front foot. Added to this charge is $200.00 for security, $275.00 for Electrical (60 amp), and $20.00 per foot for trash pickup. There are no hidden charges.
