Exhibit Information
The Pensacola Interstate Fair, Inc. is the largest and most exciting event held on the Gulf Coast. The Fair serves the useful purpose of providing the facilities for the Agricultural, Educational, Scientific, Livestock, Cultural, Commercial and Industrial resources of surrounding counties and states. Being of an Interstate character attracts and receives exhibits and participants from all over the country. PROGRESS THROUGH EDUCATION has been the central theme of the FAIR from the beginning.
Each year the Fair offers students who have in some way participated in the Fair $40,000 in scholarships. Contact the Fair office for details of the John E. Frenkel, Sr. Scholarship Fund.

General Rules & RegulationsNo entry fee or space rental will be charged.
Erection of exhibit space:All materials, supplies, tools, or equipment for use in setting up an exhibit must be supplied by exhibitor. The exhibitors in charge of any exhibit will be required to decorate and take full charge of their respective exhibit and said exhibit is to remain in such complete form until the closing of the fair.
*Important*No exhibit in any department may be removed or altered in any way before 10pm Sunday, Oct. 28, 2007. This is a must. If removed before this time, your organization or club will forfeit its premium award and entry in future fairs. If any questions arise about rules or any part of the fair, the decision of the fair management is final.
Entry BlankEntry blanks must be filled out in full showing the character, name and description of the exhibit; the proper class in which the exhibit is desired to be entered; and the exhibit cannot be included as part of any exhibit but must be separate and shown as an exhibit in its respective class.
Specifying ExhibitsAll exhibits of community and youth clubs and Future Farmers chapters must be products of their own raising (except as otherwise provided herein) and certified to be as such. If it is found that any products exhibited in any exhibit are contrary to this provision, such exhibit will be declared as ineligible for any premium award. No exceptions will be made to this rule. Exhibitors should familiarize themselves with the sections or the rules and regulations governing premium awards.
Payment of AwardsPayment of premium awards for all classes of exhibits will be mailed to each exhibitor the day after closing of the fair and to the person signing the entry blank for the exhibit. The Pensacola Interstate Fair, Inc. reserves the right to withhold payment of any award upon discovery of any fraud, misrepresentation, description or dishonest practice in the preparation or ownership of any exhibit or entry, or if exhibit is taken out before the closing of the fair, 10pm, Oct. 28, 2007.
Welcome Exhibitors and Concessionaires!Fair exhibitors may arrive the weekend prior to the opening of the Fair. However, the Pensacola Interstate Fair will not start to place concessionaires and vendors until Monday, October 16. If you need to make special arrangements for an early or a late arrival, please contact the Fair office at (850) 944-4500.
PASSES:Each exhibitor and/or concessionaire will be issued 4 weekly, 2 parking, 12 onetime passes. Additional passes are available at $30.00 each.
TRAILER PARK:Trailer park facilities on the grounds are available. Rentals will be on a daily basis according to the trailers' electrical requirements. We also have an area allocated for stock trucks.
PEPSI COLA:Pepsi Cola is the exclusive soft drink of the Fair, and only Pepsi Cola soft drink products may be sold or served on the Fairgrounds.
GIVE-AWAYS & DRAWINGS:Give-aways and drawings are permissible provided they coincide with applicable Federal, State and Local laws, and are approved by the Fair.
