In cooperation with persons interested in the collection and showing of antique and collectible items, the Pensacola Interstate Fair, Inc. is privileged and proud to present this outstanding exhibition. It is felt that the showing of valuable and distinctive articles will be informative and educational to the fair patrons and will add considerable interest. The public is invited to enter.

RULES AND REGULATIONS
- 1. Entries in this exhibition will be taken on Sunday, Oct. 16, 2011, from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. and Monday, Oct. 17, 2011, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. ONLY. Articles entered for exhibition must be delivered in person to the building housing the Antique and Collectible Exhibition. Articles sent by parcel post or express will not be accepted.
- 2. Due to the space limitations, no more than a 5-piece place setting of china, silver, etc. Also, only the best pieces of large collections. Large pieces of furniture must have unloaders and loaders on entry and pickup days.
- 3. Articles entered MUST BE AT LEAST 50 YEARS OLD.
- 4. Due to the space limitations, all exhibits may not be accepted and will be selected by the committee. The committee reserves the right to determine whether an article is worthy of exhibition.
- 5. The committee reserves the right to change any item accepted in any category upon the advice of the judges. This is only done to the advantage of the exhibitor.
- 6. No article or work previously exhibited at this fair will be accepted for competition for at least two (2) subsequent shows.
- 7. All exhibits must be properly labeled (not showing) with the exhibitor’s name and address. A brief explanation of special interest facts pertaining to each article will enrich the showing. This information should be on a seperate card no larger than 3” x 5”.
- 8. After judging is completed and awards made, the committee reserves the right to arrange the exhibit so that items shown will attract the attention of viewers. For judging, the articles are placed in each classification group and each item is examined separately for its own merit before final arrangement is styled for the show.
- 9. Every precaution will be exercised to ensure safety of the articles placed on exhibition. Constant guard protection will be provided and display cases will be locked.
- 10. The general rules and regulations of the fair will apply if not covered by the above.
- 11. Hanging items must have strong, sturdy, wire and hooks. Not responsible for and will not accept weak or faulty hanging devices.
All articles on exhibit MUST remain in place until
Sunday, Oct. 30, 2011. Exhibits MUST be picked up
between 12 noon and 2 p.m. Exhibitor must present
claim check corresponding to entry tag when calling
for article. Articles must be checked out by a member
of the committee.
