Agent of Escambia County, Florida
Judging in each division will be made on the exhibit as a whole, subject to the
applicable scoreboard shown for the division concerned. Exhibits will be judged
Thursday.
- IMPORTANT -
All exhibits must be in place, clean and complete, not later than 4 p.m. Wednesday,
Oct. 19, 2011. Use of mannequins as a minor part of the exhibit will be accepted
at exhibitor’s risk.
Articles in each of the divisions are limited to new domestic work completed since NOVEMBER 2010—NO EXCEPTIONS.
No entry will be accepted from any individual. All entries must be entered or sponsored by a regularly organized women’s club, community club, group, society, association, etc.
Exhibitors will be required to prepare, construct and decorate their own exhibit. Colored paper may be used at the exhibitor’s risk.
The fair will provide an enclosure (8 foot front, 4 foot back height, 4 foot side height).
Fair booths are 8 ft. front, back and sides are 5 ft. and 4 in. from floor to top.
Booths should not be painted. Use paper or cloth & staples to cover booths.
Staple cover on with 1/4” staples. Remove paper or cloth & staples on
Sunday, Oct. 30, 2011, between 10 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

When putting in your booth, do not put anything in other booths at anytime
or allow anyone to play in someone else’s booth. When you have finished
your booth, contact Priscilla Lane.
SIGN
Each exhibitor must furnish a sign identifying the exhibit, which shall tell its story. The
name of the club must be covered for judging.After judging is completed. The club name
may be uncovered.

CLEANLINESS OF EXHIBIT
Each exhibitor will be held responsible for the cleanliness and attractiveness of the
exhibit at all times. The exhibit must present a clean and neat appearance before
judging begins. Failure to comply with either of these provisions will cause the exhibit
to be disqualified for competitive awards, in which case the lowest amount of premiums
will be paid.
DIVISION I
Hand Needlecraft
To comprise any article made with a hand held needle.

REMOVAL OF EXHIBITS
No exhibits shall be removed in whole or in part
during the period of the fair without consent of the
general manager. Exhibits may be removed on
Sunday, Oct. 30, 2011, from 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Booths must
be cleaned and garbage taken outside to dumpster.
If exhibit is removed without permission,
premium will be withheld.
