RULES OF ENTRY

An entry fee of $10.00 per person is charged for up to 2 pieces. Make checks payable to Pensacola Interstate Fair, Inc. No framed work will be accepted that exceeds 54” on any outside dimension and a second entry cannot exceed 42” outside dimension, unless approved by the chairman.

All work must be original by the entering artist, executed with in the last 48 months and never entered in the Pensacola Interstate Fair FineArts Exhibit.


Entry blanks and exhibition rules must be obtained from the Pensacola Interstate Fair, Inc.
(6655 Mobile Hwy. Pensacola, FL 32526 / 944-4500), or
Quayside Art Gallery (17 E. Zarragoza St., Pensacola, FL. 32501, 438-2363).


No kits, parts of kits, or any use of kits will be accepted.

All framed (or undramed canvas with finshed edges) art work must be ready to hang with an approved wire hanger. No string, tape, staples, sawtooth hooks, etc., will be permitted. All work done on paper or paper-like materials should be under protective glass or plastic.

Art work weighing more than 25lbs. must be set by the artist under supervision of exhibit workers. No work will be accepted over 72” on any dimension. No special effects will be permitted.

Three dimension work needing a pedestal or special base or stand will be the responsibility of the artist.

All pratical care and security will be afforded your entry, however, the risk and responsibility remains with the artist.

All work must remain on display thru Sat. Oct. 29, 2011 and must be picked up between noon and 3 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 30, 2011. Neither Pensacola Artist, Inc., or the Pensacola Interstate Fair has any provisions for unclaimed artwork. Unclaimed work will be subject to commercial hauling and storage fees at the owner’s expense.

Works will be accepted at Building 7 (parking lot side) Saturday Oct. 15th between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. and Sunday Oct. 16th between Noon and 2 p.m.

The Awards Reception will be held in Building 7 at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday October 18th. Winners will NOT be contacted in advance.
