The Pensacola Interstate Fair, Inc. is privileged to join the committee listed below in
presenting the Hobby Exhibition this year, and appreciation is expressed for the general
interest, participation and cooperation of all concerned.

GENERAL RULES
- 1. Location of the Hobby Exhibition will be in Building Two.
- 2. There will be two (2) divisions: Creative Hobbies and Collectible Hobbies.
- 3. Entries to the Hobby Exhibition will close on Saturday, October 15, 2011.
- 4. Exhibits must be at the Hobby Exhibition on Tuesday, October 18, 2011, between 1 and 6 p.m. ****SORRY NO EXCEPTIONS.****
- 5. The Committee reserves the right to reject any exhibit deemed not qualified.
- 6. A 3”x5” card must be attached to your exhibit, giving information which would be of interest to the judges and viewing public.
- 7. Decorations and display will be at the discretion of the Division Chairman and her committee.
- 8. All exhibits must be properly labeled (not showing) for identification.
- 9. The Pensacola Interstate Fair, Inc. Sponsoring Committee, employees, members thereof, will not be responsible for the loss or damage to exhibits or any parts thereof. Every precaution will be exercised in the care and handling of exhibits, including guard protection.
- 10. Competition within the exhibits will be judged for ribbon awards for first, second, third, and fourth in accordance with the judging scale shown in each division. Honorable Mention ribbons will be given in each of the two divisions.
- 11. The following awards will be given in each of the two divisions for the
most outstanding hobby entry by award category:
Best of the Blue Ribbons

Best of White Ribbons
Best of Orange Ribbons

- 12. Decisions of the Judges will be final.
- 13. The General Rules & Regulations of the fair will apply if not covered in the above rules.

All exhibits must remain in place until Saturday, October 29, 2011
at 10 p.m.
Items may be picked up on Sunday, October 30, 2011
between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m.
After this time, contact the fair office
to remove your exhibit.
