Those connected in and with the Pensacola Interstate Fair, Inc. should have the consideration and commendation of all concerned for their unselfish and untiring efforts to make the Pensacola Interstate Fair an outstanding annual event and deserve the cooperation of the public to spread its benefits to the community at large.

PENSACOLA INTERSTATE FAIR, INC. HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT
between
Pensacola Interstate Fair, Inc. and Exhibitor

The Exhibitor hereby agrees to indemnify and to hold harmless Pensacola Interstate Fair, Inc. fromany and all claims on account of bodily injury or other damages arising from the operations of Exhibitor, Exhibitor’s employees or representatives in connection with each exhibit under Exhibitors control (owned, operated, supervised, ordirected) whether such injury or damage may occur during occupancy, prior to, during, or after close of the said Pensacola Interstate Fair where such exhibit or concession is displayed or operated.



All of the expenses of the Pensacola Interstate Fair are met through the support and patronage of the public and not from any contribution of taxmonies fromCity, County, State orFederal governments, or from any other source.
