*** ALL BOOTHS MUST BE COMPLETE BY OCTOBER 19 AT 4 P.M.. ***
Everyone must be out of the building for 4-H Judging.
If there is no one in the building 30 minutes prior to posted closing
time, we will close the building.
PLEASE NOTE: Buiding 3 hours are different than other buildings!
Take your trash to the OUTSIDE dumpster and put it IN the dumptster!
DO NOT leave any items by the roll-up doors!
Booth Tear-Down will be Sunday, October 30, 2011 from 10 am to 5 pm. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS LEFT IN BLDG AFTER 5 PM, SUNDAY, OCTOBER 30, 2011!
Fair and All Other Buildings Setup Times
FAIRGROUNDS AND BUILDINGS WILL BE OPEN FOR WORK
on exhibits Monday, Oct. 10, 2011, from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., and daily thereafter,
including Saturday and Sunday, until the Fair begins.
