The Pensacola Interstate Fair, Inc. provides facilities for the Agricultural, Educational, Scientific, Livestock, Cultural, Commercial and Industrial resources of surrounding counties and states. The Pensacola Interstate Fair attracts and receives exhibits and participants from all over the country. PROGRESS THROUGH EDUCATION has been the central theme of the FAIR from the beginning.

We are thrilled that you are interested in participating in the Pensacola Interstate Fair! We want to make it as easy as possible for everyone to get involved!
To get started, choose an exhibit from the list below and the steps will be explained. If you have any additional questions, please call the main office and we will be glad to help you out (850-944-4500). No entry fee or space rental will be charged for any exhibit.

Question #1
Fair exhibitors may arrive the weekend prior to the opening of the Fair. However, the Pensacola Interstate Fair will not start to place concessionaires and vendors until at least the Tuesday before the Fair opens. If you need to make special arrangements for an early or a late arrival, please contact the Fair office at (850) 944-4500.

Skip the line & Save big when you buy in advance! The Pensacola Interstate Fair is offering advance admission tickets for HALF-PRICE! Ride Wristband tickets will also be sold at a $5 discount, so all you ride-lovers can save big, as well! Skip the line & purchase right from your phone!
Super Saver admission and ride wristband tickets will go on sale beginning on August 8, right here! There are no limits on ticket purchase so you can buy as many as you want! With all the things to do and see at this year’s Fair, we know that you will want to take advantage of this offer so you can come experience the Fair again and again! Advance discount tickets will be on sale thru October 18.
$5.00 Parking ticket is also available online for purchase!

Can I upgrade weekday wristbands to Any Day Wristbands?
If you purchased a Week Day Super Saver wristband, you can pay an additional $5 and upgrade to an Any Day Super Saver Wristband. Just bring your Weekday Super-Saver ticket to the Main Ticket booth at the Front Entrance, or the Fair Office, and we will be happy to help you out!
